No. Unfortunately you cannot sign up to the platform if you are under 18 years of age. The simple reason is that it is against the law.
Our platform uses cryptocurrency for placing trades. The US has strict laws on which companies can operate within the US and unfortunately we are not one.
Did you supply us with the correct email address? Double check! If you did, check your spam folder, your email provider may not recognise our domain.
Only the listed countries are the ones that we can accept users from. This is due to regulations by jurisdiction. If your country is not in the list, we apologise, and please know that we are actively working to expand the platform access to as many countries as possible.
The simple answer is yes. Your ID data is stored on servers by SumSub who are a regulated company that serve thousands upon thousands of people gloablly for many companies. You can find out more about them on their site www.sumsub.com.
Usually the checks take between 1-3minutes. Sometimes its longer if we have to do manual checks. The manual checks are done if something in your data is perhaps unclear or meets one of our triggers for a manual check. Dont worry, we will get in contact with you if we need to.
We have purposely blocked the copying of the 12word mnemonic. This is for security reasons. Instead you just need to write the words down in a secure place. Remember, keep them safe, you are the only one who knows these keywords.

If you sent your wallet funds to another blockchain wallet, make sure you entered the correct wallet address. You can click on the 'Smart Contracts' icon on the right side of the transaction line item in the transaction history list.

The fees being applied for your transactions are charged by the blockchain. Everytime a transaction needs to be made on the blockchain, a computer somewhere has to process the transaction. This is what the fee is used for.
Charges can vary depending on the number of transactions waiting to be processed and also on the length of time you are willing to wait for that transaction to be picked up.
Check if you have funds on your trading account. If not, top it up. Remember, you will need to have funds available in your wallet to topup your trading account.
If you do have funds in your trading account, check your account settings to see if you have reached your account limitations for bets to be made.
It could be that the transaction may have failed. Check your transaction history in then wallet section. Has your balance been reduced and can you see a line item for the commitment at the expected date/time? If you can, click the 'receipt' icon on the far right which should take you to the receipt.
